FatOx Games started with Warcraft III maps and gradually moved into standalone games. These are the projects we have released outside the editor.
OxRox
OxRox is an authorized remake of Safrosoft’s RoX. It combines fast Boulder Dash-style movement with puzzle caves, enemies, falling hazards, custom levels, and online leaderboards.
Version 1.0 launched on Steam in June 2024. Version 1.1 added online co-op on July 26, 2026, with rollback networking to keep movement responsive.
King Chess
King Chess was our first standalone multiplayer game and an introduction to libGDX. We built it as a free, ad-free alternative to the crowded mobile chess apps of the time.
It is no longer an active focus—Lichess now provides the kind of open chess experience we wanted to see.
